I-9 Form


Form I-9 is used for verifying the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. All U.S. employers must ensure proper completion of Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and noncitizens. Both employees and employers must complete this form. The list of acceptable documents can be found on the last page of the form. Employers must retain Form I-9 for a designated period.

Last Will and Testament


A last Will is a document that allows a Testator to say exactly what he or she wants to happen to his-her assets after death. This document is a legal document that can be upheld in court should any disagreements occur, or if a financial institution does not wish to follow the Testator’s wishes. In the state of Texas, this document must be notarized and signed by at least two Witnesses who are at least 14 years of age.
